Delay My Order
Going on holiday or simply not ready to receive your order yet?
With our Delay My Order service, you can place your order now and ask us to hold it before shipping.
This is especially useful if you want to place your order during a promotion but will not be available to receive the package immediately.
 
How does it work?
Our normal order processing time is up to 5 working days.
If you would like us to intentionally hold your order longer, simply add this service to your order and select how many additional weeks you would like us to postpone shipment.
 
Pricing:
1 week delay: €7.50
2 weeks delay: €12.50
3 weeks delay: €17.50
4 weeks delay: €22.50
5 weeks delay: €27.50
6 weeks delay: €32.50
7 weeks delay: €37.50
8 weeks delay: €42.50
 
You can leave your preferred shipping date in the order notes during checkout.
 
Important information
The selected delay is added on top of our normal processing time of up to 5 working days.
Delay periods are charged per started week. For example, if you need your order delayed by 10 days, please select the 2-week option.
 
This service applies to the complete order. We will not partially ship an order unless separate shipping arrangements are made.
 
A requested shipping date is treated as a preference and cannot be guaranteed exactly. Orders containing live animals may also be shipped slightly earlier or later depending on temperatures, colony condition or other circumstances affecting safe transport.
 
For orders containing ants or other live animals, we cannot guarantee that the exact individual queen or colony originally allocated to your order will be held for the entire delay period. If necessary, another healthy colony of the same species and ordered colony size may be selected before shipment.
 
Our normal Live Arrival Guarantee applies once the delayed order is shipped and delivered.
If you place an order without purchasing this service and later ask us to hold your order beyond our normal processing time, we may ask you to purchase the appropriate delay period before we can postpone shipment.
 
The maximum standard delay period is 8 weeks. For longer delays, please contact us before placing your order.
