When do we ship?
We try to ship as fast as we can. We package orders from Monday until Friday and hope to package yours as fast as possible.

Since most of our products are made by ourselves we work with a variable stock meaning we might have to produce your order from scratch. This can take up to five days or more.
​
Domestic orders get posted at random.
International orders
• Mondial Relay get posted at random.
• DPD get posted at random.
• PostNL get posted at random.

Important notice
When tracking is provided we won't respond to any messages or emails regarding your packages whereabouts.
What about the ants?
The ants all get packaged with the best care possible. The tubes are fixated to the box and held in place by protective padding. Dead arrivals rarely happen in our experience. Should this happen however please check out our live arrival guarantee service.

When temperatures exceed 30 degrees or fall below 0 we don't ship any ants and we will delay your order.

All our ants even the queens are well fed before their journey starts so you don't have to worry about them dying of starvation while being in transit.

There are no guarantees on ants that get send as part of a refund.
How long does it take?
Since COVID-19 shipping orders has never been the same. Some packages arrive within a couple of days, some take a lot longer. Sadly Esthetic Ants has no control over how fast a package arrives.

If you find yourself waiting for a long time always check the tracking link. If that does not help call the shipping company for additional information. If the tracking link says your package arrived Esthetic Ants is not responsible for loss.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 25 hours of being posted.
EU orders usually take up to 5 working days to arrive.
International orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks of arriving. Please keep this in mind when ordering ants.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship ants and products anywhere in the world. However you are responsible for any import documents or laws. Since every country has their own rules and regulations we can't keep track of them.
​
Since shipping overseas is a challenge Esthetic Ants won't guarantee any live arrivals or missing packages. If you have the option to source locally we will always recommend it. Check out our resellers page if there is any shop near you with Esthetic Ants products or ants.
