Live Arrival Guarantee

Effective from February 1st to November 1st
 

Esthetic Ants offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all ants delivered within the specified period. If your ants arrive deceased on the day of delivery, we will either issue a refund or send replacements—whichever you prefer.
 

To initiate a claim, please contact us via the contact page on our website on the day of delivery, and be sure to provide clear photo or video proof of the deceased ants.
 

Please note that Esthetic Ants cannot be held responsible and will not take further action without sufficient proof that the ants were dead upon arrival.
 

Important: The Live Arrival Guarantee is only valid for orders shipped within EU countries.

During winter times live arrival guarantee only applies when ordering inside the EU using UPS Express.
