We offer a live arrival guarantee on all ants within the specified period. Should your ants arrive deceased on the day of delivery, we will either refund the ants or provide replacements. To initiate this process, please contact us via the contact page on our website.

Esthetic Ants won't be held responsible and won't take further action if there is no proof of the ants being dead upon arrival on the delivery day.
