Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Esthetic Ants.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: The capitalized words have defined meanings under these conditions. The following definitions hold regardless of singular or plural use.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Esthetic Ants, Beekstraat 28a, Schinveld, 6451 CC.

  • "Goods" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "Order" means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

  • "Website" refers to Esthetic Ants, accessible from

  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us of your decision by a clear statement:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Reimbursement will be processed using the same means of payment as you used for the Order, without incurring any fees.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Goods must be in the original packaging.

  • Ants must be alive.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods unsuitable for return due to nature, rapid deterioration, or expired date.

  • Items unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Dead ants.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Send the Goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.


If Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Upon receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If Goods weren't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
