To complete your starter setup, we strongly recommend:
• Heat cable – for gentle warmth when needed
• Feeder insects – mealworms, fruit flies, crickets, roaches, etc.
• Sugar water – for consistent long-term energy

This bundle does not include a step-by-step manual because the setup arrives prebuilt—but if you're completely new to the hobby, follow these simple steps:

• Unbox all items
  Lay everything out so you know what you’re working with.

• Prepare two fresh test tubes
  Fill each tube with approximately 50% water, plug with cotton.

• Apply the anti-escape barrier
  Unscrew the outworld lid and use the brush to apply a thin layer of fluon (white liquid) along the inside rim.

• Prepare the liquid feeders
  • Fill one with sugar water
  • Fill one with plain water
  Add a small piece of cotton at the bottom of each feeder to prevent drowning.

• Introduce your ants
  You can:
  • Pour the colony gently into the outworld (recommended for most beginners)
  or
  • Remove one test tube and connect your colony’s test tube directly using the provided tubing.

• Start feeding your colony
  Use the feeding dish and hard tweezers to offer insects.
  Use the soft-touch tweezers to pick up any wandering ants safely.

• Weekly care
  • Refill the liquid feeders
  • Give insects once a week
  • Keep the area clean
  • Add fresh test tubes when needed
