Please note: our live arrival guarantee during the winter season only applies when you select UPS Express as your shipping method. While a heatpack significantly increases the chances of your ants arriving alive, it is most effective when combined with the right shipping option.
 
Recommended heatpack durations:
Netherlands: 40-hour heatpack
Belgium, France, Germany: 72-hour heatpack
Other countries: 110-hour heatpack (always combined with UPS Express)
 
Important: if you are ordering from outside the Netherlands and do not choose UPS Express, adding a heatpack will not prevent your ants from being exposed to cold temperatures during the extended delivery time.
